Shipping & Exchange Policy
Exchanges: Accepted within 7 days
We have taken into consideration allowing exchanges.
We understand that online shopping can be very scary especially when not sure of which sizes to get. We do offer sizing help which will require your jean size to determine the size you would need. The exchange must be done within 7 days of receiving the package. The item must be in its original state, not worn, stretched out, or damaged. Any onesie, swimwear, or lingerie may not be exchanged due to them being considered intimates.
A postage fee will be required for the customer to pay to complete the exchange.
No Refunds will be issued, we will, however, offer you in-store or online credit.
Luxury Items may take up to 14 days to ship due to these items being made to order.
Gift Cards are active for a six-month period and can be used on any items in our store and can also be applied to any store discounts.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. Flawless Closet does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
You will receive your order 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is the same. If it is not it will delay your package and proper verification will be required. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for your tracking to update. We do have cases where the tracking may not update but will still arrive on time. The majority of all orders arrive between 1-3 days *after it is scanned by USPS, but in very rare instances, please allow up to 3 days.
